Cheesecake is one of the most popular and delicious desserts around. It is generally easy to make, the variety you can use in recipes is endless, and it is often a crowd-pleaser. So, it will come as no surprise that when making cheesecake you may be left with some leftover cheesecake batter.
Instead of throwing it away or utilizing it for another cheesecake, there are some creative ways it can be used to make some pretty delicious desserts. Below are 5 of my favorite ways to use leftover cheesecake batter.

Cheesecake Dip
The beautiful thing about cheesecake batter is that it is already cooked! So, mixing in any toppings such as M&M’s, Oreos, and more is a possibility. I love chocolate chips added in and then dipping in some fried dough. This is a crunchy, sweet, and tasty bite.
Adding in flavorings such as maple syrup, brown sugar, and even caramel is also an option. Your sweet tooth can be cured in a number of ways when making Cheesecake Dip. The only limit is your creativity.
Fried Cheesecake
Everything is better when fried, right? Using the leftover dip to make fried bites is an ingenious way of repurposing your cheesecake batter. Portioning, freezing, breading, and then frying is all it takes to make a sweet dessert that will leave you asking for more.
Stuff the batter bites with other ingredients before freezing and you have the ability for endless customization. I like to use corn flakes as my breading when frying to offer a sweet and slightly savory bite to balance out the filling. Try these out the next time you have leftover batter

Mini Cheesecakes
If you do not have enough batter for a full cheesecake but do have some leftover crust as well, you can make Mini Cheesecakes! These are fun because you can garnish each one however you like. Say you want strawberry, blueberry, and cherry flavors in your cheesecake. This allows you to have all 3 in these great, small bites.
It is also a great idea for a light dessert or snack. Passed around and shared with a group of people is when these desserts really shine. If you have leftover batter and cannot fill a whole cake, do not waste it. Instead, make these.

Cheesecake Brownies
This is yet another delicious item that can be made with leftover cheesecake batter. The creaminess of the cheesecake mixed with the rich chocolate of the brownie creates an amazingly rich yet smooth brownie that cannot be beaten.
The texture of the cheesecake takes away from some of the density in the brownie to make a better texture than just a brownie on its own. I recommend making this whenever you get the chance, and you only need a little batter to add to the brownies when making them.
Cheesecake Balls
To make these, you simply roll the batter when cold into balls and then roll them into your favorite toppings. The most popular way to make them is to put the balls on a wooden skewer and then to dip them into melted chocolate. This makes a cute, fun bite that also utilizes any leftover batter you may have.

Do Not Waste Your Batter
Wasting cheesecake batter is throwing away the opportunity to keep enjoying the hard work you put into making it. Instead, use the 5 ideas above to create delicious recipes and avoid wasting food.
